Still waiting for the item almost a month after ordering… and no response from customer services email.

Lindy, You chose regular post, which we do advise takes at least 3 weeks. We received an email from you on 29/11 at 10:40pm, we replied to you on 1/12.

As you could see with the tracking on your end, your package was being held in UK customs. We did follow up with Pos Indonesia to see if there is anything we can do to assist, however, we have no control over international customs processing times.
