Welcome to Ocean Soul Rewards. This is our way of saying thank you to the women who move with us. Earn points every time you shop, share, or review, and unlock exclusive perks as you level up.
Create an account on our website. Once you're logged in, you’ll automatically start earning points on every eligible order. You’ll also receive 50 bonus points just for signing up.
You’ll earn points every time you place an order. The more you spend, the more points you earn based on your tier. You can also earn bonus points for writing a review or following us on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
That depends on your tier:
- VIP: 1 point per $1
- Bronze: 1 point per $1
- Silver: 1.25 points per $1
- Gold: 1.5 points per $1
- Platinum: 1.75 points per $1
Each tier also includes birthday points and extra perks.
You can access all your rewards info in two ways:
- Click the VIP Rewards widget on the website and log in
- Or log in and go to your Profile, to view your Rewards Dashboard
You’ll see your points balance, current tier, available rewards, and your referral link.
Head to the Redeem section in the VIP Rewards widget or in your Rewards Dashboard under your Profile. If you have enough points, you’ll be able to claim a reward. Copy the code and paste it at checkout.
You’ll find your personal referral link in the VIP Rewards widget or inside your Rewards Dashboard under your Profile. Share it with friends and family. They’ll get $15 off their first order (minimum $80 spend) and you’ll get $15 off your next order once they buy. Referral rewards are not points based.
Click the VIP Rewards widget and log in to add your birthday. Once added, your bonus birthday points will be added automatically on your birthday each year.
Yes. If there’s no activity on your account for 12 months, your points will expire. Activity includes placing an order, redeeming a reward, or using a referral.
If you haven’t placed an order in 6 months, your account will drop one tier. You’ll still keep any points you’ve already earned.
Make sure you were logged in at checkout. If you were and your points still aren’t showing in the VIP Rewards widget or your Rewards Dashboard, get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
