Returns & Exchanges

Every Ocean Soul Swimwear piece is crafted in limited runs with care and intention. To keep our collections sustainable and fairly priced, we do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be issued as an exchange or store credit depending on your location.

Australia

Australian customers may return full price items within 30 days of dispatch for:

Once store credit is issued, customers may place a new order through our website.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept exchanges on full-price items only, as long as they are processed within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

No exchange or return on any sale items.


Condition for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition - no stains, marks, damage, or signs of wear.  
We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these standards.

Please keep your return tracking receipt - we can’t process a credit or exchange if a parcel goes missing without proof of return.

If a parcel is declined, unclaimed, or returned due to missed delivery, your store credit will be adjusted to reflect any costs incurred due to original postage fees or any customs/import duty fees.


Sale Items & Wetsuits

Sale or discounted items are final sale – no exchanges, or store credit.

Wetsuits can be exchanged for a different size only - no credits for change of mind.

Wetsuit returns must be packed as instructed - returned wetsuits must be carefully rolled with zip facing outwards, never folded or squashed, to avoid creasing or damage to the slick skin material.
Returns that arrive damaged due to incorrect packing will be deemed non-returnable.


Online Orders

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return postage

In the case of declined items, the customer is responsible for the return postage fee and any associated customs/import charges.


Bali Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 24 hours.  No refunds are available for in-store purchases.
Items must be unworn and in original condition.


Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, we’ll happily cover the cost of sending a replacement.
Please contact us before returning your item.


Damage Prevention Tip

When trying on swimwear, ensure your body is clean and free of makeup, deodorant, lotions, or oils.
Items returned with any marks, stains or damage will not be accepted.


How to Return Online 

1. Submit a return request via our Returns Portal

2. Label your return with your full name and order number

3. Use a small satchel and return via regular tracked post

4. Keep your tracking number until your return has been confirmed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Please allow up to 5 days for processing.


Returns received outside these guidelines will not be accepted.
