- Orders under $250 AUD ship express for a flat rate of $15 AUD/$10 USD
- Orders are dispatched from Australia or Bali depending on stock availability

Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
This means:
- You’ll see the full cost upfront before completing your order
- There are no additional charges on delivery
Please note:
- Duties and tax rates are set by your local government and may vary by country
- If you choose not to pay duties/taxes at checkout (where applicable), your order may be subject to charges on arrival
Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees + 5% transaction fee
- Any customs, duties or handling charges incurred
Shipping protection does not cover customs charges or refused deliveries.

Processing Time
In-Stock Orders
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods or new releases, please allow up to 3 business days.
Pre-Orders
If your item is marked as Pre-Order, it will be shipped out as soon as it’s available. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. (Please check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.)
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
For delivery updates or customs-related queries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking details.
Returns to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us because it was uncollected, refused, or undeliverable, we’re happy to assist with re-delivery.
A re-shipping fee applies to cover shipping costs:
- $15 AUD for Australian orders
- $25 AUD for international orders
International Orders
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or customs charges:
- The shipment will be returned to us by the carrier
- Any duties, taxes, return shipping, and carrier fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer
- These costs will be deducted from your refund or payable prior to re-shipping
We recommend tracking your parcel closely and responding to any carrier or Customs notifications to avoid delays or additional charges.
