Travelling as a woman is powerful.  You see more. You feel more. You connect more deeply with the places you visit.  But it also comes with a layer of awareness - especially when it comes to how you dress.

There’s nothing worse than finally getting into the water - only to realise your swimwear isn’t working with you.  You duck dive once and your top shifts. You stand up and adjust your bottoms. You paddle out and suddenly all your focus is on what your swimsuit is doing instead of what you came there for.  It’s frustrating. And it’s completely avoidable.

There’s a moment in freediving that’s hard to explain until you’ve felt it.You take a breath. You let go. And as you slip beneath the surface, everything quiets.  No noise. No pressure. No expectations.  Just you, your body, and the ocean.
