International Express Shipping will be sent via DHL and will arrive in 2 - 4 days once dispatched.

Domestic Indonesian & Australian orders will be sent express and arrive in 1 - 3 days.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges for change of mind within 30 days of dispatch on full-priced items. As we ship internationally from Australia and Bali, our returns process may differ from domestic retailers in your country.

Please note:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If exchanging for another size, the fee paid through our Returns Portal covers the express shipment of your replacement item back to you.

As a small Australian & Bali-based business, we subsidise much of our international express shipping (typically AUD $60+ per shipment) to keep delivery costs as low as possible for our customers. Unfortunately, we're unable to cover international return postage.
